This Refund Policy applies to all digital product purchases made on Quedigi, operated by QUEPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Digital Products — No Standard Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products sold on Quedigi, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered (i.e., a download link has been made available to you). We generally do not offer refunds for digital products.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: The product is fundamentally broken, corrupted, or does not match its listing description.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • Technical Failure: A payment was processed but the product was never delivered due to a platform error.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order ID
  • Email address associated with your account
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Upon refund, your access to the purchased product will be revoked.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of expertise to use the product.
  • Incompatibility with software or tools not listed in the product requirements.
  • Product was already downloaded and used.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
