These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quedigi platform, operated by QUEPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Digital Product Purchases

• All products listed on Quedigi are digital goods delivered electronically.
• Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. License Types

• Standard License: Use in a single end product (personal or commercial). You may not redistribute or resell the source files.
• Extended License: Use in multiple end products. Extended redistribution and SaaS use rights are included.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or platform systems.
• Upload malicious content or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Quedigi, including logos, branding, and platform code, is the property of QUEPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Product files remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, licensed to buyers under the purchased license terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

QUEPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED provides digital products "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Previously purchased products remain accessible for download for 30 days after account suspension.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
